If your heating system is suitable, we will then sign you up to the relevant plan and your direct debits will be processed for your cover to begin. Should any part of your heating system be deemed unsafe or not to the required standards for one of our Service Plans, there will be no further charges made. We will not be able to accept your heating system on to a Service Plan unless the system can be brought up to the required standards. Please note bringing your system up to the required standards could incur further charges which are not covered in the initial boiler service or under any Service Plan you later request.
